Community builder, brand connector, pin-point strategist and undaunted self-starter, Monina Wagner is passionate about creating a better, more inclusive world. She does this by serving as a Community Manager for the Content Marketing Institute where she brings together professionals from across the country and around the globe. With a heart for connecting people, Monina uses meaningful conversations to find and distribute brand content in impactful, engaging and memorable ways. In her free time, you can find her cheering in the stands at her daughter’s lacrosse games.  

Monina was a finalist for the 2020 CMX Online Community Professional of the Year. She launched the CMI Mentorship Program, focusing on the advancement of marketers from underrepresented communities. She sits on the Recovery Resources Associate Board.
